"This property is next to The Dunes Court and run by them as well. There are stairs instead of an elevator so keep that in mind. The room was smaller than an average hotel room but worked for me on a solo trip. The room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was small but efficient. The deck to sit out and enjoy the ocean air was comfortable. I stayed the beginning of June and there were a lot of college age persons who felt the need to run up and down the stairs/make noise in the room above me for several hours in the evening to early morning. So be aware that if it’s busy there could be a lot of noise at night from other guests. All of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all so friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again. Great hotel for a great price!!!"
