"Stayed in room 1120. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. I thought the pillows were extra great! Room was quiet. It took me a minute to understand how to use the coffee maker. Coffee was really good compared to usual hotel coffee. My only criticism is that the little refrigerator did not work. It was on, but warmer than the even the room air. My parents stayed in room 1002. "

"I ordered some extras to my room. They did not come but I simply went down to the front desk and they instantly apologized and gave my wife and I a $150 room credit and the restaurant was fantastic. We will be back "

"Lovely hotel. Friendly, helpful staff. Room a good size, small bathroom explained due to age of hotel. Bar/restaurant available. Lots of restaurants/bars are walkable. Fox Theatre is opposite. Good rail/bus links. Would stay again"
