"This is one of my favorite spots to stay in Atlanta. It’s walking distance to a few bars and the museum. The staff makes you feel welcomed and is committed to you enjoying your stay without it feeling it too forced. The food is decent. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The shower pressure and the views are my favorite parts."

"I drove 14 hours from Houston to Atlanta with my wife and 2 kids. When we got to the room the room was hot after being there 1 hour. Try calling fron desk multiple Times. No amswer. Went down to front desk and requested a new room. I was not moved. I was told the engineer would come check never. No one helped us. I requested a supervisor and i was told they were not available. We were too tired to leave to a different hotel. I had to leave the door open for 4 hours to cool the room off. Since the hallways were nice and cool. Terrible customer service There were other customers complaining about their rooms. They were told it was do to remodeling in the building."

"Location and architecture were great. Had to be moved because 1st room didn’t have working phone or AC. Seemed a common theme. The evening desk agent was very courteous and helpful. Found me the absolute last available room. The rooms were beautiful, amazing architectural details. The room I was moved to was on 2nd floor got all of the street noise and lights though. Just wanted sleep!!"

Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Midtown

10/10 Excellent

"This is a very nice hotel in Midtown Atlanta. The Room, breakfast and location are all good. There are a couple of things that you should know. There is a $50 mandatory extra valet parking fee that was not disclosed until after the non refundable reservation on Expedia was made. Also the lobby is on the top, ie 20th floor and you have to have a room key to opérate the elevator so these were a bit inconvenient in unloading a vehicle."
