Room smelled like urine even after room service cleaned the bathrooms and a/c sounded like an older model diesel engine running all night/day. Breakfast was good and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The reason for the high rating is not just the hotel, but the man at the front desk when we checked in was amazingly friendly and helpful. The hotel management should make sure he trains everyone of his helpful attitude.
