Mic's River Side Suite- Exploits River Sandy Point

This stylish air conditioned one bedroom mini suite is a new addition to Lannie's Landing, situated on the popular salmon river Exploits River, Sandy Point. Central's great outdoor playground -Exploit's Salmon River, T1 Trailways and the popular snowmobiling destination Mount Peyton is all just outside the front door of this stylish property. Mic's Mini Suite is the perfect destination for couples who love the outdoors or just want a cozy getaway. We are not located in Lewisporte.
The space
Mic's River Side Suite is a mini suite attached to our main garage next door to Contemporary Cottage on the Exploits River also an Airbnb.

It has a kitchenette not a fully equipment kitchen. Please note there is no stove in the kitchenette. It has a mini fridge, an Air fryer, microwave, slow cooker and a BBQ, along with toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

We are on a well system and although the water is treated I recommend bringing bottle water
Guest access
On the property you'll have access to the suite (not a shared space) and the Dock (seasonal) that will be shared with guests next door when booked.
Other things to note
Wifi- We have Starlink wifi and a smart TV only. It is reliable most of the time but because its Cabin country the wifi may go down and unfortunately it may not get up and running during your stay. If no wifi is a deal breaker for your stay this may not be the best place for you. However you cellular data will work.

We do not have fire services so we do not have outdoor fire pits.
