"The staff were very welcoming and helped us with luggage ahead of check in. My room was clean, the bed comfy and the shower was powerful and water hot. Breakfast was lovely with a wide choice available. The decor was modern and location hand for my meetings."

"Not very straightforward to find the hotel entrance! Quite a long walk from the terminal. Quick check-in, friendly staff. Decent room but not a walk-in shower. Long queue for dinner at 7pm and we’d been told there was no need to book. Obviously more staff needed in the restaurant. The bottle of wine we ordered took ages to arrive. The food was very good, worth the wait. I took the discretionary tip off and gave the staff a cash tip. Breakfast was brilliant, absolutely no complaints."

"We had a wonderful stay at Bob W Hyde Park and were very pleased with the overall experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean and welcoming. There was a minor issue during our stay, but what really impressed us was how quickly and professionally the hotel handled it. The staff responded immediately and resolved the matter in a very satisfactory manner. Their prompt and attentive approach made a real difference and showed how much they care about their guests. We would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!!"

"We arrived at noon, too early for check-in but when we spoke to the concierge he said a room was ready & we could book-in now. But only internal rooms were ready & we took one. in hindsight this was wrong as we overlooked noisy machine equipment which made a constant noise & made sleeping difficult. The bedroom & shower room were both a bit small but nothing we couldn't live with. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice & lots available. Even though the hotel was very busy we were seated quickly. We had a lemonade & a coke in the bar, very small measurers & expensive. Even though we ordered at the bar & took our drinks away ourselves I was amazed to see a service charge added to the bill. Just not worth it. Housekeeping didn't service our room on our 2nd day and it was a bit of a faff to get it sorted. Now we know all this we probably will go back as we know the pitfalls to avoid."
