"Very clean, neat and updated room. Not luxurious but it was perfectly pleasant and comfortable. The property and amenities were old/outdated and not worth using. It’s motel style rooms so you enter rooms from the outside - so unfortunately you have to choose between privacy or sunlight. This is more of a one night stay kind of hotel — not much longer than that."

"For the most part the stay was great. We were there for a football game and we're able to check in fairly early. The issue was leaving, 21st floor 6 elevators but only 1 would open. Waiting and hour to get an elevators because the stairs and service elevators door were locked. Out of no where stairs doors unlocked and had to walk 21 flights of stairs down with luggage. When checking out the staff didnt seem to care about it ata ll. For a hotel this big the elev8should be working g properly and doors should never be locked in case of emergencies . I probably wouldn't choose this hotel again for this reason ."

"The front desk on arrival was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was maintained well and clean. The carpets in the room unfortunately had a dampness to them which made them uncomfortable to walk on barefoot or with socks. But aside from this small thing would surely recommend a stay for individuals, business travelers and families alike."
