Welcome to H2 L02 — a spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom family oasis in Cutler Bay, Miami, Florida, designed for truly memorable stays.

The focal point is a welcoming heated pool, perfect for relaxation. An outdoor BBQ awaits for culinary exploration, while outdoor furniture and sun loungers offer the ideal setting for leisure. Entertainment abounds with an exciting foosball table for friendly competition.

Two levels with a generously sized, privately enclosed patio: the master bedroom (king bed, cozy fireplace, private bathroom), two queen bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom with 2 queen beds plus a living room area — all with smart TVs. Modern living room with comfortable sofa, dining area with table and chairs for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware and utensils, plus a dining island for two. Washer and dryer in the laundry room. Both bathrooms come stocked with all essentials and plenty of soft fluffy towels.

Guests have full access to the entire home and all its amenities. We are always available during your stay for questions or recommendations on what to do and see in the Miami area.

Please note: multiple security cameras are discreetly positioned to cover all exterior areas of the house, including the pool and common areas. They are in operation at all times, focused solely on outdoor spaces, respecting your privacy inside. Our home undergoes rigorous cleaning and sanitization to CDC standards, with a dedicated pre-stay inspection before every arrival. While we regularly treat the property for bugs and insects, Florida’s subtropical climate can attract critters — please keep doors closed as a preventive measure. After using the BBQ, please close the propane tank valve and make sure the pit is fully off.
