Heart of Wynwood - Rooftop Pool -Balcony

"I was misled by the description as it said the room has a window. The window was to the hallway. It wasn’t a window to outside where I can see sunlight. Also, the unit smelled really like someone had a cat that urinated in the unit. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. It was raced sporadic. I had to go three several occasions to a nearby coffee shop in order to connect to Wi-Fi and attend my three Zoom meeting. It was not a pleasant day. This is my second time staying in this location. The first time was phenomenal. Well I stay there again? Not under the condition conditions aforementioned."

"When I walked in to check in the guy asked me to wait b/c they were changing shifts. I nicely sat down, to wait. Another gentleman came and needed to check in and waited in front of the desk. Instead of waiting on me first he front desk guy helped the gentleman. I walked up where they were and the gentleman had to remind the front desk guy that I was there first."

"My step daughter booked this for me when I visited Miami. This was an amazing location. Everything was nice and extremely comfortable. I love that you need a gate code to enter and anyone cannot just pop in. Parking is available but I didn’t drive. Everything was extremely close so I was able to use public transportation. 1000/10 rating! The staff were amazing too. They made sure I checked in and if everything was okay!"

"Terrible experience first off it’s not a hotel. It’s a house with multiple rooms, there was a roach in my room. No towels. No soap. There were bums coming in and out , knocking on someone’s else’s door for god knows what & i was in room number 5 ; there’s a gap in the wall due to them remodeling the house i’m assuming &. i was able to hear every single thing , no sleep !! TERRIBLE!!"

"The condominium is in a prime location my family and I love it everything is in a walking distance the beach, store, stop for the big bus tour and the amazing ocean drive, definitely I will stay here every time I come to Miami, Silvia our host was very helpful with our check in The most important they have a place to leave your luggage if you come early and you can enjoy the roof top swimming pool while your room is ready I will say is a 5 start"
