"Poor communication, not professional at all, and the valet parking used our car over night pretending to take it to valet parking, expensive and not worth it ."

"Wonderful hotel which would have scored highly except for a dismal failure to resolve a simple problem. Coffee machine was not working and despite several requests to the front desk, no one took responsibility. Such a shame but 4 days should have been enough time to resolve this minor issue."
