"We stayed for 8 nights with two Prestige rooms. Loved the hotel look, layout and our quiet bedrooms with balcony. The rooms were a highlight for us - there was some peeling paint around the shower head and mixed opinions on the comfort of the balcony chairs but neither detracted from our 5* enjoyment. A special mention to the cleaning staff and to the ladies who work in the bar. We also hired bikes for 1/2 day (very good value) and had one massage (OK value). For such a long stay we opted to park our car free off-site behind the hotel (research needed), and visited Pan et Gato and Carrefour behind hotel for basic food items. We were put off using hotel restaurant by some mixed reviews around service so cannot comment on that. The walk to the main town sometimes felt long so we used a bus along the road behind the hotel for some journeys at hottest part of the day."

"Great place to stay. 15 min walk to the old part of town. Air Condition didn’t work well so my nights weren’t relaxing at all. Not easy sleeping with no AC in 38 degree Celsius. "

"Although far from the center of beautiful Annecy, the hotel is very accessible by public transportation, with a bus stop only a few minutes away by foot. Big grocery stores are also within walking distance, which makes it very handy when you are travelling with family and don't want to spend a ton of money on restaurants. There is not much to do around the hotel, but it means the area is very quiet. We also appreciated the tables outside in front of the lobby, where we played cards in the evening. If we have the chance to return to Annecy one day, we will look into staying at this hotel again. "

"The reception, check-in, value, location, vicinity to public transport, silence and insulation all 5/5 and 10/10 stars but only one thing I did not like which is the cleaning and making up the room is not good at all but for everything and overall I will score you as 10/10. Hand wash soap containers were empty! All days missed by the cleaners only last day when I reported it. Luckily we had our own soap. The other issue the duvet covers and bed sheets made in hurry without professional making or folding! Other hotels even when not washed or laundered are made up in a reasonable tidy way. "
