"Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but the staff offered up a drink while the room was readied. Very nice and responsive in addressing the problem. The fire alarm went off around 7 am our first morning. Went on for a good 10 minutes. Annoying but ultimately a non-event. No explanation was given; no contact from the staff. We still don’t know what happened. The room was clean and the facility was safe. Would stay here again"

"Très bel hôtel, parfaitement placé pour visiter le centre d’Aix en Provence. Chambre familiale agréable même si la salle d’eau est un peu juste pour une famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité et des plats fait maison. Personnel accueillant. Nous recommandons."

"Me gusto la calidad del hotel y los servicios así como su ubicación."

"Great location. Easy access to highways. Breakfast was underwhelming. Camille at the front desk, was the highlight of the stay. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful would be the first accolades I would offer her! She made the stay!"

"Super bonito, limpio, muy bien ubicado, personal muy amable, todo fue perfecto! 100% recomendable"

"Aix is a very nice place. Hope to come back. But we will find another hotel. I expected a proper hotel, given its three star rating and the listing photos: Lobby, regular building, private rooms. Shower has a half door, with no drain on the bathroom floor, hence the floor flooded after a shower. And a limp handheld shower head which...

"Hôtel refait à neuf, très agréable, proche de tout commerces"

"Great location for easy walking access to all shopping restaurants etc Our room was not cleaned at all one day and another day we had to ask for cups glasses etc. Housekeeping needs improvement We do not recommend breakfast. Only had it one day and opted to have breakfast elsewhere."

"The hotel is gorgeous! Very beautiful! The staff were awesome! So helpful! I can’t wait to come back!"

"Room is clean but smelled like vinegar when we go in. Had to air it out. The AC doesn’t go very low so gets warm at night. The shower set up was interesting because there’s nothing keeping water from splashing. Pool is nice. The hotel is outside of the old town but walkable to the center so it was nice."

"Hôtel bien situé Stationnement gratuit apprécié Petit déjeuner excellent"

"We had a large room, which is a rarity in hotels these days -- even in appart-hotels. The staff was very friendly; they accommodated us for the additional half hour that we needed on the morning of check-out."
