"Spacious villa with a well equiped kitchen. Modern furniture inside and out, all the beds were very comfortable. Sunbeds were also comfortable. The outside photos do not do the villa justice, there is far more space than you think. Will stay again. "

"This was a holiday involving all 17 members of our immediate family ranging from grandparents at 80+ down to 8 grandchildren of various ages. This was a perfect setting. The villa and annex were excellent. We were much nearer the beach and restaurant facilities than we expected, but spent most of our time around the pleasant pool and lawn area. Definitely recommended!"

"Fantastic place for families, lovely little garden to have lunch and barbeques just outside the pool. Very well set out and spacious property, air con, everything you need. In a great spot for exploring Algarve, we loved the local beaches which were all beautiful and less than a 20 min walk from the villas. Friendly service too! Would absolutely stay again which we don't say often 😊"

"This is an absolutely beautiful villa were the owners have thought of everything. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable and stylish. The pool/garden area is a wonderful spot with gas and charcoal BBQ's. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location but within walking distance to Guia with plenty of restaurants and a short drive to supermarkets and the beach. "Villa Nest, is located a short 5 min drive from the Marina and about 10 mins to the old town and various shops. It is easy to get to find. "Beautiful house and suited our party of eight perfectly with four good size bedrooms and four bathrooms. We loved relaxing by the pool and eating in the shady area. The steps and steep position would be difficult for some but my parents in their eighties managed well. The hosts were very attentive to any issues. Car definitely needed but lots of lovely beaches and restaurants a short drive away, we had a lovely week. "

"This property was in a very convenient location to everything….restaurants, shops, the Boardwalk. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. The pool was delightful. There were a few things about the villa itself that kept us from giving it a 5 star review overall, but we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying here."

"Modern luxurious spacious villa that provided the perfect base for an amazing stay in Salema. It had a fantastic pool which we all enjoyed and is just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It has a bonus cinema style basement if fancy a movie night. All bedrooms en suite with full blackout shutters. We were greeted by Tina and Sean who were informative and helpful. It was a nice touch to receive a welcome food and drink basket with essentials. Would definitely recommend!!"

"This is a nice option for a family staying in Carvoeiro. Check in was no problem. Everything worked fine. There are some ocean views from the balcony and the pool was nice. The location is great. It did feel like no one had been there in a long time when we arrived, and we spent some time sweeping off the back porch and removing cobwebs. The home has an older look and feel. But all things considered we had a nice stay. The AC in the bedrooms was also great to have."
