We enjoyed our stay and loved our big terrace. The company was quick to provide an extra fan when I requested. Safe and walkable neighborhood and easy to get to Antara and Palacio del Hierro. So many food options around. We want to also acknowledge our hardworking security person, Luis, always opened the gates for us with a smile and warmth, and memorized our names right away! Always diligent in his work and helpful. Amazing experience all around for us.

The actual ULIV brand lacks in other areas and properties, with respect to prompt reservations and personal treatment for regular customers. Mexico 🇲🇽 is always top notch service, but ULIV tries to cut corners and sacrifices in the name of practicality. It’s tailored to other cultures not for Mexicans or Mexico
