I booked the property many days in advance and messaged the host 9 hours before checkin and got not response from the host. When I arrived in Mexico I had to connect with customer service to figure out a solution. I had to find alternative accommodation within 1 hour, which was very stressful. Customer service did refund and provide excess funds, which was appreciated.
