"Free parking 2 minutes walk Easy access with codes provided in advance. No staff on site, but we had no call for them. Old building with renovated modern touch to the room. Not for people with mobility issues, main staircase winding/step/narrow. Room clean but not thoroughly (dust on sockets) Iron & ironing board provided, plus kettle & tea/coffee/sugar/milk Huge bed, was comfy with nice linen Wardrobe with safe and desk/dressing table and a full length mirror Excellent value for money"

"Hotel was ok, on site pub was poor"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Comfortable and friendly, couldn't fault anything."

"No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing."

"The room was clean, staff were so helpful and welcoming, great value for what I paid for room. If in the area would have no hesitation in staying there again. Highly recommended."

"All was great but follow up after booking to confirm all on your booking needswas correct."

For the money we paid I am not complaining, the bed and bedroom in general was loverly and clean ."

There is nothing else around so we had to get a taxi to and from the nearest tescos for a meal deal"

The bathroom could also do with a new blind, as the existing one had yellow staining. The room itself was comfortable, but unfortunately, the sash windows were left closed but unlocked which we did not discover until the...
