"We couldn't be happier with our stay at this apartment. My wife and I with our two adult kids stayed for two nights. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication with our hosts was excellent. Only word of caution is that the unit is up 4 flights of stairs so if you are challenged with mobility you should probably avoid, but I think the listing was clear in this regard. I loved being so centrally located in the heart of old town and super close to the lake. Thank for a great stay....

"Checking in was confusing in that you had to go to the lockbox at the apartment to get the clicker to enter the parking area. The apartment had everything you would need, except there were no washcloths and not enough kitchen towels. The internet went out one day, but was restored after a few hours. "I booked the studio in March for a trip in June. The day of the check-in the host did not answer my messages nor the messages from vrbo. My booking was cancelled and due to lack of available hotels in the same city I had to travel to another city at about 30 miles to have a place to sleep that night. "

"We had a good stay at the apartment. Although there is a sofa bed it does only really suit 2 people to be comfortable regarding space. The bed is raised & requires climbing up to it so wouldn’t suit anyone less able. The balcony is a great asset. The listing suggests the wc is separate but it is in the showroom.
