We had a nice stay, apartment is as pictured pretty much, where this place fails is communication with arrival and departure instructions. The night before arrival we just had to arrange to meet a lady for the key, had we been travelling and delayed in anyway I don’t know what would have happened! This was fine but language barrier was tricky.No arrival instructions at all, apartment was freezing, no instructions on how to operate the bed, no bedding, no hot water but worst of all NO instructions in any language to help you figure anything out. Got the bedding sorted out eventually but note towels aren’t supplied.Messaged owner, no response for hours. Shame as apartment is well located and spacious if not a little dated, bed was comfortable and once we got heat all was good but unnecessary lack of information for arrival and settling in, which was a shame.1 sheet of paper in apartment or an email sent before arrival would of avoided all this unnecessary distress. It’s also a shame the heating and hot water couldn’t have already been on for us seen as an extra payment had been made due to the increase we are all suffering currently for the cost of living
