the amenities listed is NOT what I got, especially after booking the villa. Receptionist lives on minimal energy & you’d find better customer service at a McDonalds. Would not spend my hard earned money here again.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Lotus Rise Hotel! Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer waren gemütlich und schön ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war leider nicht so unser Geschmack, da es teilweise Englisch angelehnt war. Allerdings hatten wir trotzdem einen sehr sehr schönen Urlaub und ein sehr schönes Hotel :)

Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr gut, leider konnten wir keine a la Carte Reservierung machen, da bereits alles ausgebucht war. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, sauberes Zimmer, abwechslung durch die verschiedenen Liegebereiche und Pool.
