Private&Tranquil! Hiking trails, outdoor pool and hot tub!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This nature sanctuary is spacious, private, fun, and yet conveniently located with easy access to many desirable locations; 40 min drive to downtown Victoria, 15 min drive to Sooke or Langford.

This peaceful sanctuary is nested in the forest and perched on top of the hill, with panoramic view like in a tree house. The sun pours into all main living areas via oversized picture windows and skylight.

You will think you are in heaven while rejuvenating in private swimming pool and hot tub in the forest with all the privacy in the world. This is a nature lovers haven!

Hiking trails off the property and horse back riding quick drive away. Weirs Beach, Taylor Beach 5 min down the road as it is Metheason lake and Witty's lagoon. If you're a fishing lover, you'll love to hear that Pedder Bay Marina is 5 min drive away where you can reant a boat and enjoy fishing or kayaking.

When you get hungry, you can stop by My-Chosen Cafe for pizza and locally sourced and made from scratch delicious meal or visit Broken Paddle Café or Mile Zero craft brewery while you enjoy lacal farmers markets and more.

You can also find good selection of golf courses close by as well as mountain biking trails and multiple zip line locations as well.

This is true paradise for gataway from busy life and city noise. You will love waking up to the incredible view of the forest and sounds of nature.

In the space, you'll also find all that you need for family gataway with fully stocked kitchen, bedrooms, the pool table, airhockey, and darts, bar area to enjoy and outdoor hot tub and swimming pool (seasonal availability).

To make it cozy, while you enjoy a movie night on 75-inch 4K smart TV , you'll find a wood burning fireplace for ambiance and additional heat (seasonal availability).

Great getaway
We had a fabulous time at the house. The forest views are sweeping, the house has lots of awesome features, and we had lots of room to relax. Highly recommended!

Unique property great for big groups!
We loved how unique this place was! It was such a great place with an open concept, yet with so much room people could have different Conversations/activities going on. The hot tub was great for the kids, the pool was not open and a bit of an eye sore since there was a tarp over it- but it wasn’t the season for it to use anyways. Communication was easy with the owner and she got back to us quickly if we had any question. I would definitely stay here again!

The property was very walkable The incline to the door was very steep thus the name treehouse.
