"Hallways were filthy. Burrito was good the rest of breakfast was blah. Linens were stained. Didn’t smell clean. Staff seemed apathetic. Roomwalls had chips and cracks. Bathroom floor was cracked and dirty. The office area was not marked at all."

"I LOOOOVE Santa Fe, but don't plan on coming back to this hotel again. Pros: comfy bed, clean bathroom, and a microwave! More and more hotels are eliminating microwaves for some reason. Cons: trash wasn't taken out and the walls are super thin. So thin, I could hear parts of the other people's conversations in the room next to mine especially when trying to sleep after an 8 hr drive. Also, if the thermostat on the wall isn't working, use the window unit. It may not have been synced with the wall thermostat. I learned because my room was hella hot when I checked in and I had to call the front desk because the power button wouldn't work on the window unit at first. I at least got a couple hours of rest before finishing my 15 hour drive."

"Beautiful and peaceful place! We had a 2 bedroom casita that was spotless. They need a few more lights on the parking lot at night, as the signs were hard to read."
