"Everything and everyone was great. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Ran out of dishes At breakfast one day, had to bring out paper/styrofoam plates and bowls. Water pressure is not too good. "

"Great location. Just around the corner from Bourbon Street. Within walking distance to everything. Staff were very nice and helpful. Only negative, there were not enough luggage carts and only one bell man. We had to wait a little bit for valet to bring our car back around. If I would have known the parking garage was just a block up, I would have unloaded our luggage at the entrance and left it to be stored, drove it around the block and paid $25 for parking instead of paying valet $55 ( after taxes) to do it for me."

"The house is spacious and well equipped for any type of stay, long or short. Everyone can have a comfy bedroom and the common areas are also comfortable and roomy. We loved the decor! The AC was nice and cool for after we spent the day walking around NOLA. My 10 year old decided to write in the guestbook on behalf of our family and told us it was his favorite vacation ever!’D "

"The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is that the staff was nice. Unfortunately, everything else about my experience was very disappointing. My room had blood stains on the bed, which was extremely unsettling. There was also no refrigerator or microwave, which I needed for my child’s milk and food, and the A/C did not work at all. The rest of the property also seemed poorly maintained. The elevator barely worked, and I overheard another guest complaining that her window would not close. That raised a serious safety concern, especially since the rooms open directly to the outside where other guests are walking around. What concerned me most was how unsafe the property felt overall. In the three hours I was there, I saw several people wandering around both outside and inside the hotel who made me uncomfortable. Because I was traveling with my child, I did not feel comfortable staying and had to book another hotel at the last minute, which ended up being much more expensive. When I asked for a refund, I was told to contact Hotels.com because the rooms were non-refundable through the hotel. I reached out that same day, and the representative marked my case as urgent. She told me I should hear back within 24 hours or within 1–3 days. We spoke on Thursday, and by Sunday I still had not heard anything. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience and I would never choose to stay here."
