"Parking was a little tight, but we were happy to find a spot right by our room. The room was very clean and had a sufficient number of outlets for electronics. The bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Our only concerns were: thin walls, small towels, and not enough of them, and low water pressure."

"We absolutely loved our stay! Honestly, we didn’t expect the hotel to be this good, and it exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful evening enjoying the pool and hot tub. The pool is heated, which made the experience even better, and the outdoor area is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms were also great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to come back! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had an ocean view room and even though it was next to the elevator we couldn’t hear it. We loved the window seat and breakfast service."

"Clean room, spacious, wonderful bathroom. Quiet."

"Property kind of run down. We had a very large room which was great. Seemed like fresh paint the lampshades were all tore up should have been replaced. But the price was great. You get what you pay for. The room seemed clean. Furniture was beat but the beds were clean and comfortable. Overall it worked out well for the two of us and our three grandchildren as a home base for our aquarium and beach trip. Spent two nights."

"Fantastic stay ."

"Unfriendly and unhappy staff throughout the hotel. Construction noise woke us up early one morning and the hotel lied to us about it and made us feel like we were the problem claiming we didn’t call the front desk to inquire when we did. I left a message for the GM and never heard from him. I can’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay in Carmel in a cute Inn!!"

"Was very surprised how clean. Would recommend. Would stay here again!"
