"The room was very clean and the bathroom too. All staff were very helpful and polite. Lovely breakfast with large choice available. Heating was very efficient and air conditioning available for the warmer times. Would definately stay here again."

"Great place to stay in London!"

"The buildings here are old but this hotel is kept well. It was a nice bonus to have elevator. Location felt safe but a bit of a walk from the train station."

"Great location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great breakfast downstairs, a great way to start your day."

"Very dirty hotel. Right next to the train line too, meaning it was noisy and difficult to sleep. Proximity to train line does make it convenient though"

"Had a lovely stay in one of the air conditioned rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly and the food was good."

"Very kind and helpful staff, recently renovated room, narrow but cosy room"

"They never cleaned our room during our 5 night stay. The breakfast costs money and literally only consists of muffins. And our room was in a basement area 6 flights of stairs down with no elevator"
