"Great location to stay in Southend. Parking at the rear, restaurant on site and breakfast in the morning. Great nights sleep due to the beds, very comfy."

"My room was clean and spacious. Twin in the separate wing. Food in the restaurant was awful at dinner and they’d be better serving basic English food rather than attempting foreign cuisine. It was adequate for my purpose of dropping off a teen at university. Parking was great although very full, WiFi good and location central. All being said I’d stay again when I visit the university."

"We loved the staff at this hotel. Everybody was smiling friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. The room was quiet with very comfortable bed and pillows. The food was good. All in all very welcoming and a lovely stay for us"
