A disappointing stay. The room and facilities were very run down. The stairs and balcony areas were uneven, people were smoking all over and the smell was entering our room, the pool and hot tub were closed by Interior Health, walls were missing baseboards and carpets were stained. The room left our feet with black grime on the bottoms of our soles. The air conditioner needed to either run or not there was no thermostat and it was so cold when it was on but boiling if it wasn’t. The pool and hot tub was such a catfish. It was the reason we booked there, but the seating was off the walls and on the floor. The floor was peeling. The pool looked disgusting and not maintained. And the pool was freezing cold. Breakfast had very limited options and the eggs were like water. I wouldn’t stay here again
