"EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION WITH STAFF. TOP CLASS MEALS WITH GOOD CHOICE. FREE AND HEARTY BREAKFAST WAS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. EVERYTHING SO WELL PRESENTED. BAR HAD GOOD CHOICE OF DRINKS, ALSO VERY CONVENIENT FOR THE TOWN'S MAIN ATTRACTION - THE CASTLE. A VERY RELAXED ATMOSHERE AND COMFORTABLE ROOM."

"This hotel is in a great location. It is also very quiet in the rooms so you can guarantee a good nights sleep. Comfortable beds and lovely thick fluffy towels."

"Very nice hotel. Nice complimentary breakfast in the morning."

"Spotless and top notch comfort"

"Nice rooms, easy parking. Have a night porter who was very helpful. Have stayed before and would be happy to stay again."

"Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everybody was incredibly helpful and accommodating. All amenities such as shower and bed were perfect and breakfast was superb."

"comfy bed, outstanding breakfast, great location for beaches and coast path. Our room had a great view for sunset over Preseli hills. Plenty of storage which helps keep room tidy, always a bonus. Bathroom a little dated but perfectly fine. Warm welcome and friendly staff. Would recommend and definitely stay again, even if it was just for kippers!"

"Fantastic setting. Beautiful building and comfy beds. Did not enjoy the curry but breakfasts were great. Loo handle in room 14 fell off a few times and cistern was slow to fill. Shower was fab and the big fluffy towels were super. Very helpful and friendly staff."

"The hotel was super clean and the room was very tidy and pretty modern. All the staff were lovely. Very nice to get free parking and breakfast. The only let down was the food in the evening. Paid quite a lot of money for three steaks and they were pretty poor quality and definitely not worth the money. The beds were quite soft which I'm not used to but still had a great night's sleep either way. I'll definitely look to stay here again though the next time we're down as it's in such a great...

"We had a wonderful short stay and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! The rooms and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean, and the whole place felt like the perfect little hideaway while still being close to all the great local spots. We loved every minute of our...

"Well located - close to the beach, costal paths and Tenby is a 10 min drive away. Well sized rooms, which are looking a little tired with minimal amentities. Nice lounge area in the main house with lovely roaring fire in the evenings Staff are very helpful and friendly Dog friendly which is very helpful (if you have dogs) I would suggest that hotel is over priced for what it is"

"Someone on site would be helpful. Be warned, you have to ask for the tea tray to be refreshed. We missed this detail, so after a day out no tea bags or milk, no-one on site. Number provided was for urgent matters only. Broken toilet seat, damp walls. Two hot tubs advertised, both not functioning. Very jaded rooms. Bird poo all over the garden furniture."

"Easy access Hotel with spacious parking. Our room could have been warmer. Staff was very friendly."

"The stairs were too steep and shallos"

"Had to make a call on arrival to sort access codes… on arrival in my room, wasn’t really clean, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, shower had just been used by someone, and the basement room 6 I had smelt musty… Property overall was in decent shape, but a lack of attention to detail…"

"The Accommodation is just out of Town but only a short walk into Tenby. It’s very quiet and Gardens are well looked after, clean rooms and just a very pleasant place to be. Ample Car Parking which is a bit of a premium in such a small town. We were early checking in but this was no problem and staff showed the room. We as a couple had a very relaxed stay and fully recommend this as a great place to stay regardless if you are looking for a base to explore Wales or just for a short break...

"Really enjoyed our stay the room was spotless and very quiet exactly what we needed before a mad Christmas ahead. "
