"Not as good as the last time we stayed a year ago, the hotel is looking a bit less clean. There is a noticeable shift in staff experience too, the service is not as good as our previous stay. The bar gets very busy in the evening, despite lots of staff working few glasses were collected and the tables were not wiped down at all during the evening. The tables had noticeable sticky rings from drinks glasses. In the room there were dusty floors in bathrooms and the communal areas not always...

"I have stayed here many times. The location is extremely good being very close to the centre of town. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean with good ensuite bathrooms. Hair dryer & ironing equipment available if needed. The wi fi is extremely good & free which is more than can be said for Premier Inns.
The staff here are excellent being friendly & very helpful and available 24 hrs a day.
Parking is safe & convenient.
Lovely comfortable bar with a good choice of excellent meals...

"The rooms were amazing, comfortable, and lavish. The staff was kind, helpful, and accommodating . The breakfast was amazing, really nice welsh food. The location is serene. The parking was free. The golf course view outside our room made the stay even better. Loved the bathroom, amenities were great. Well worth the price. Already planning a visit for longer. "

"There are only 3 car parking spaces but 7 rooms so not sure if it is first come, first serve system. The parking system is not straightforward but we were helped 100% by the owners. It is great and remarkable to find accommodation with parking in Tenby so definitely a bonus.

"The Premier is a short walk from the train station. The room was big enough, comfortable big bed, coffee machine and kettle. We had the breakfast buffet each morning and it was a good way to start the day. The location is fabulous for walking on the beaches, exploring the town - lots of shops and restaurants right out the front door. Staff were great . "
