"-Bathroom in my room kept getting stuck every time I went open it. -Why do I need fill out information to use wi-fi when other hotels provide it for free as package deal when you place your reservation?"

"I stayed for one night. The staff was great- very friendly and accommodating. My only issue was that I found a live bee in my room. I opened up the window curtains for some natural light and heard a buzzing, but thought it was a fly. Couple minutes later while I’m on the phone, I see the bee on the window. I’m allergic to bees and thankfully had my epi pen with me, and obviously I killed it, but I was in a panic for a solid 30 min during and after. Please make sure to check your room thoroughly...
