I mean where do I start? The fact that my bathtub was dirty and was given cleaning supplies to just “clean it myself”. Or that I already prepaid for a reservation which wasn’t even in the system when I arrived causing me to double pay. Or the people hanging in the parking lots all times of the night. If you’re looking for a place to waste your money this is the place to do so.

Our rooms were really dirty! Some beds were missing sheets! There was trash found in trash cans and old food in the fridges! The rooms were also super dusty! The elevator smelled like pee!! We also found cockroaches and rat droppings! The bathrooms were not clean some toilets were not brushed or cleaned there was pee and poo in the toilets! Some of the acs weren’t working!! All in all it was a horrible experience!

I didnt like how the refridgerator was dirty as if someone never cleaned it. We saw 2 roaches. Overall the cleanliness is not all the way there. I will not be returning here.

Was not happy with property - when we arrived no blankets on be only one set of towells for two people 1 roll of thin tp paper- toliet seat hanging off to the left - not safe - tub had no way to plug it to take a bath- went to the desk the gave me a stopper that was no the right size- twice we got in late and they key did not work - bathroom sink running entire time and on last day black digusting stuff was coming out of the sink- I would like money back even for a fair price these conditions were bad -breakfast ok same stuff every am the bisquits and gravey not good tasted out of can

The staff were nice but my 1st room the door hinges were broken and the tv was broken. The 2nd was not even clean. The 3rd my key card wouldn't work the bed looked like someone was sleeping in it before we got the room.

I called Customer Service and spoke to Cosway @ 6am he said he was transferring me to someone else but got a recording. The property is very Dirty also Cigarette butts all over outside. My room was filthy dirty was not dusted dust if very thick on lamps and tables or vacuumed only 1 lamp worked out of 3 so it’s very dim the one by the bed has to be switch by me with the one on the table. The fridge is barely cold and ruined my food. I believe there is beds bugs in one of the beds I had to switch beds in the middle of the night. I’m still itching. I’ve gone down to the front desk twice but no one ever came to the window. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Please call me @ 773-682-5628 Thank you!!
