"No estaba muy clara como llenar las botellas de agua. La cama se hundia de lado. Todo lo demas muy bien, muy bien ubicado y personal muy amable. Muy limpio. "

"Asked for quiet room. Instead got room at back facing climbing wall drilling. Staff did nothing about it. Next day works above us with cables dropping down that hit our windows and also affected our sleep. Breakfast very average and cold even at 7.30am. Market around the corner is miles better and cheaper for food. No kettle and cost of tea 4.50 euros each. No fridge. Staff hadn’t a clue how to make a gin and tonic. Staff never confirmed that they would provide a cot for our baby. Basic hotel with limited amenities. Unresponsive management and nothing to make it right except a cold average breakfast. Location is great but there are other hotels around that I would stay in next time instead. Look elsewhere if you want peace and decent breakfast. "

"After a long trip check in was delayed as the room wasn’t ready at 1500 which didn’t help. After 1600 before we got to the room. They did give us a drink voucher for the bar but when we went to use it there is a very limited list of drinks allowed on the voucher which was very annoying. Rooms are very good. The breakfast was ok. But overall more of a four star hotel than five."

From a very warm greeting, to a special request being handled to perfection, fabulous customer service, a beautifully equipped room and a stunning view, to a superb breakfast and a genuinely warm greeting every day and a really easy checkout, our experience at this hotel was absolutely perfect. Thank you so very much."

"Parking was hard to find but once I knew the process it was easy (Give directions to guests). Receptionist and all the staff were super friendly. The issues lay with the room. I was in a room that was next to the breakfast area so from 06:30 the noise woke me up, add to this the smell of bad drains and the vending machines outside the door, I really didn’t sleep much."
