Nice and well located but it has it's details.

The hotel is very well located, the rooms are comfortable and chic but I think they need to improve the soundproofing, you can hear a lot of noise from the hallway and there is construction going on in the back yard, I think this affects the relaxing experience that the hotel wants to transmit. Another improvement area is the restaurant service, here I consider it's bad, the waiters do not write the orders and they forget things so you have to remind them the order several times. --------------------------------------------------------------------- El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son cómodas pero creo que les hace falta mejorar en la insonorización, se escucha mucho ruido del pasillo y en el terro de atrás están realizando uno construcción, creo que esto afecta a la experiencia relajante que quiere transmitir el hotel. Otra área de oportunidad es el servicio del restaurante, aquí si lo considero malo, los meseros no anotan los pedidos y se les olvidan cosas por lo que tienes que estar recordando les el pedido varias veces.

la caja fuerte no funcionaba, el resturante y la alberca tienen servicio hasta las 3 pm, no tiene TV de cable solo te dan la opcion de conectar tus apps pero pues es meter tus credenciales en una tv desconocida y yo estuve de jueves a miercoles, hubo fiesta jueves, viernes y sabado por lo cual el ruido en la noche era fuerte manejable pero vas a descansar y tienes fiesta arriba o abajo todo el tiempo es complicado

Muy mal servicio porque tuvieron eventos todo el fin de semana, no hubo room service ni servicio en la alberca porque estaban ocupados, si no vas a tener el servicio que prometes no recibas reservaciones fuera de tus eventos o contrata más gente (eran 2 meseros para 250 personas de evento) pero de verdad muy mala experiencia, terrible

Es un hotel muy bonito, pequeño pero con detalles que te hacen sentir muy bien, pero precisamente por lo pequeño, creo que los eventos que tienen deberian adaptarse a las condiciones de las instalaciones sin sobre pasar el espacio y comodidad para sus huespedes, refiriendome al ruido que se ocasiona. En si creo que volvere a hospedarme en ese lugar que insisto aunque pequeño creo que vale la pena volver a intentarlo.

Ruidoso y no vale lo que cobran

Reservé la habitación con cama queen, pero a mi parecer era cama matrimonial y la habitación demasiado pequeña, pagamos cambio a una habitación de 2 camas matrimoniales para tener más espacio. Hay una construcción en el terreno de al lado del hotel y nos despertaron los ruidos desde las 8:00 am todos los días salvo el domingo. El hotel no nos notificó de esta situación y no hicieron nada por compensar las molestias a los huéspedes. Estábamos varios amigos ahí hospedados y todos se quejaron que el hotel ni siquiera avisó de las circunstancias. Al llegar al hotel en recepción nos enteramos que el costo por noche es de la mitad de lo que pagué vía Hotels.com, así que no lo vale y el tema del precio me pareció una estafa, no repetiría, a pesar de que el hotel es bonito.

Estancia chic en Mérida

El hotel superó mis expectativas. Es un hotel muy nuevo y están enfocados en hacer sentir a los huéspedes como en casa. Cuidan cada detalle, desde tu llegada (que te reciben con un delicioso dril refrescante) hasta una notita de bienvenida en la habitación. El atardecer en su rooftop es espectacular. Pero lo que hace que todo sea perfecto, es el servicio de todos y cada uno de los miembros del staff. Su restaurante y bar, son además deliciosos.
