The pictures on Expedia look like they’ve been worked on or altered vs reality. Hotel definitely needs some updating. Looks much older than photos. Bathroom is tiny and water doesn’t work well including flushing on toilet. Breakfast wasn’t great either. We actually went offsite a few days. Staff was nice and friendly.

Property was clean, the staff by far is the quality of the hotel(except for one young man that was just a little extra and had a sour face) the breakfast was good loved the fact they had fruit I would suggest chocolate milk for kiddos. Parking despite the fact that it wasn’t on the same building I LOVED that it was locked. I booked the family room unfortunately it was on their 3rd floor and it has no elevator. Another downside is the lack of a mini fridge to keep water cold. I appreciate the building being so close to the downtown area!

Charming and beautiful

Really charming and beautiful hotel right in centrum. We enjoy the pool - especially the kids - aftes hot days of sightseeing. Very good value for the price. Very friendly and helpsome staff

Great Location in El Centro

The included breakfast every morning was made to order and was very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was in a great location within a couple blocks of the Gran Plaza and Parque Santa Lucia. Within walking distance of so many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

The location is great,right in the historique center of Merida. There is a parking included in front of the hotel and it is very convenient. The staff is 5 stars and very nice. It is an historique building and very nice looking but few issues for this reason. the rooms are non insonorised and you can hear the people on others rooms or in the pool patio , especially if your room is on the main floor. the matresses are super hard and it can be an issue for some people. The batroom are ok but could be more clean. The breafast is complementary are very basic but enought for europeen style.
