"The breakfast was excellent. However, there were small red bugs on the bed. In the morning we were all full of itchy bug bites. No sure if those were bed bugs or fleas. But the experience of sleeping at this hotel was really disappointing."

"Don’t hesitate… book this property! Gorgeous boutique hotel. We only stayed one night and will definitely visit again when in Merida. Everything was absolutely perfect including the room which had a private plunge pool. Breakfast was delicious, we were treated like VIP at front desk check in. I loved the attention to all the senses - a very aesthetic stay. Very clean, elevated design, lovely toiletries and amenities in room, secure off-site parking, modern gym. The new Gastronomic corridor street with trendy high end restaurants is only 1 block away. Thank you for a perfect stay. "
