She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations. "Wonderful hotel and had a great view. Room on top floor was perfect. We had a dog with us which they were happy to accommodate. Only issue was dogs not allowed in Restaurant, which is perfectly fine, but there was not outside seating for us to have dinner there so did not spend as much with them as we might. Lovely staff and great overall experience, best hotel we visited on our tour of Europe"
