"I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the security made me feel safe and comfortable at all times. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious. The location was also perfect—not far from everything I wanted to see and do in Amsterdam. It was convenient to get around, whether walking or using public transport. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Rooms were lovely and clean. I stayed 4 nights, I would have liked my tea topped up, coffee was topped up once but not the tea. I ordered Arriabata on the first eve as was tired from delays only to receive the dish minus parmessan which is stated was included on the menu. When I asked about I was then told there was no parmessan which was disappointing. I was offered an alternative cheese which was not great. It would be good to know in advance before ordering if a dish is incomplete. Plenty of storage and everything you'd need in the room. Airport shuttle was handy. Pool and sauna were great - lockers were out of order at this time though which is not ideal. "

"Very convenient - just a 6min bus ride from the airport. If you're visiting as a transit passenger for a day or 2 and flying off or taking a long-distance train, stay here instead of downtown. I believe you will end up paying less overall and probably get a larger room here. Rooms are also clean and nicely designed, plus the free breakfast was a nice touch. Note that there is no fridge in the room, so choose the right stuff if you're packing food from the airport."
