  • Winnipesaukee Heirloom Cottage. This home is Authentic, Rustic and Loved. There are 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a great open kitchen, dining and living room with large windows overlooking the lake! The Primary bedroom lets you wake up to the views of the lake, has an attached 1/2 bath and a Queen bed. The living area offers a sleeper sofa, and there are two bedrooms - each with 2 Twin beds.
    Relax outside on the patio, take a dip, go boating, or float while enjoying being on the most popular Lake in New Hampshire! Enjoy the use of kayaks, SUP boards, a peddle boat, and a canoe all there for your enjoyment.

Overall the property, though old, was acceptable. It does need some TLC, and outside upkeep. Also needs a light over the entrance door from driveway, The driveway is very steep and difficult to navigate. The dock, views and proximity to the lake were outstanding.

Very homey environment. House gave impression of being at a camp on the lake which my family loved. The sunrise every morning was amazing, lit up the whole house and started each day on a good note. The dock and water were great!!! Plenty of things for the kids to play with and do. My family loved our week here.
