At check in the member of staff explained the parking rules and confirmed a deal for reduced parking rate - Thank you Nella! "Booked a double bed and found a twin had been allocated. Otherwise, room comfortable size but windows were unnaturally sealed. Eating area was shared with lounge unfortunately, as the furniture was totally unsuited for breakfast eating. This debacle will prevent any future stays. TV's in lounge were built into the pillars and permanently live. They need replacing as the screen display was worn out. "

"We booked a twin room as it was myself and my father and expected twin beds. Twin beds were not available, but the staff upgraded to a small apartment with a convertible sofa which was located in an annexe. Great thst they could do this, but it did cost an extra £120 on top of the £170 already paid. Expedia shoul have been explicit about what a twin room is. Because what they probided was a double room."
