Modern, Light filled & Cozy 3bed Home

The living and dining space has large, floor to ceiling glass with views of the private and enclosed patio with BBQ and gas fire pit. The living room features an oversized sofa, perfect for game or movie nights and doubles well as an additional sleeping spot.

Open kitchen with three barstools at the counter and a dining table for 6. Full size freezer/refrigerator with gas stove and electric oven. Included amenities are; pots, pans, coffee maker (Kuerig), microwave, toaster, BBQ, griddle, etc.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with comfortable blankets and pillows and in room TV with Netflix. The attached master bathroom features a large walk-in shower with dual rainfall shower heads for two. The room also has a large closet with organizational shelving and three drawer dresser for storage. There is a queen sized air mattress and air purifier stored in the closet for your use.

One bedroom has two twin size beds, perfect for children. The other has a queen sized bed and wall shelving with built in desk or work space.

The backyard is wide open, with plenty of room to play. There is a horseshoe game set for the adults. The orange and grapefruit trees produce year-round and are yours to enjoy.

There is an indoor laundry room with all necessities on site.

The house is located within 6 miles to UC Merced and Lake Yosemite and 2 miles to Mercy Hospital. Yosemite and Sequoia National Park are both an easy day trip, as well as the entire San Francisco Bay Area.

Peaceful and modern
True to the title, this home is definitely light-filled! We really enjoyed the wide, expansive windows and beautiful outdoor spaces. The meditation garden in the front is very serene, and the back yard has delicious fruit trees. We loved the grapefruit and oranges for breakfast! The furniture and fixtures are very nice and comfortable, and the beds slept well. The kitchen is well set up for cooking. The laundry equipment was a helpful amenity. Seriously, though, if you want to sleep in past sunrise, you’d better use the provided sleep masks. There are no window treatments on the upper glass panels, and the sunlight and streetlights stream in unobstructed! The decor is very colorful and creative. It should be noted, there are prominent pieces of artwork in the foyer and living room featuring human body parts pressed onto canvas. Not our preference, but we learned to laugh at the “butt print painting.” Overall, we had a nice stay.
