Other north coast beaches (Binimelá, Cavallería, Playas de Fornells), south coast beaches (Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar) and the capital town Mahon, can all be reached within 20 minutes by car.

This duplex is part of a 4 property complex with communal gardens. At the front of the house is a private terrace furnished with table and chairs and a stone barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining. On the first floor, connected to the lounge, there are two balconies. The north-facing balcony boasts beautiful sea views and is furnished with bar stools and table, and the south-facing balcony is furnished with outdoor sofas for relaxing in the sun or shade.
