The house, built on one floor, has a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The pool is directly in front of the house and is surrounded by a large sun-bathing area with sun-beds.

The property is close to town and 8 km from some of the most precious virgin beaches of the island.

The mansion features a living room with TV, dining table and seating area, perfect for enjoyable meals and chatty evenings. The bedrooms are uncluttered, simple and cosy. Outside a furnished terrace surrounds the pool and there is barbecue at your disposal. Parking is available for your car. Washing machine takes care of your laundry worries.
