"Check in was only OK. Lack of english made it difficult. The view from our room was good .. the carpet was fiikthy. Must wear slippers. There is no where to sit in the lobby just to visit or play cards...No restaurants close by, only McDonalds or KFC... We did not come to China to eat American fast food..."

"The room facility seems be a bit old, there is mold around the bathtub, the carpet is old, the hinges on the outlet drawer and fridge door were fallen off time to time, one of window screen was not working etc. But the stuff are very helpful and they always responded my requests and helped to fix the problem as quick as they can. The hotel is quite safe, the stuff is nice and it is at a convenient location too. The overall of the stay is good to me. Thanks!"

"Overall good stay. Location was convenient and staff was helpful. The photo of the loft room was slightly misleading as we booked for 3 adults and thought there would be a couch large enough for an adult to sleep on but on arrival it was just a love seat. Also the wifi was fairly weak and inconsistent in our room "

"Hotel is on the old side but not disappointing. Good location, close to train stations and easy access. Housekeeping was good. More locals vs. foreigners so staff speak limited English. Concierge is helpful and front desk was hospitable. All in all stay was great. "

"I did not like the smell of all the towels, it smells like meat in the kitchens. The lighting is too low amd in the room, so cannot see well enough. Also the night light on always on, so i cannot sleep well. The place is very sheek and beautiful. The service is great too. Location outside the hotel is not great, but after a few minites walk, there are food court and amazing shopping mall area that are unbelievable. "
