"Very friendly staff, great location to venue and balll field!"

"The property was an an older building and needs a little bit of updating a few rust spots here and there. The staff of the hotel were excellent and concern with helping me in anyway if I had any questions. The valet parking was excellent and they were very friendly and helpful. The hotels located in an entertainment district with plenty of eateries and taverns and nightlife, as well as more top end restaurants. It was close to the Progressive field, which I wanted to see. Relatively safe area with a few panhandlers here and there, but a lot of SECURITY is around."

"This hotel is amazing! They feed you dinner and breakfast, as well as give you drinks with your dinner, along with other amenities. I definitely will be looking for Drury’s to stay at moving forward."

"Our Residence Inn Mentor stay was very comfortable. It's location is convenient for visiting Cleveland's University Circle and Kirtland's Holden Arboretum. Staff was wonderful! AND the inn allows pets which is a big help to our family."

"Well the place has been under construction and I actually had to mop my room cuz it was Footprints everywhere there was no towels I had to go to the front desk and get them"
