"We arrived and didnt know what to expect. Everyone proceeded to choose the room that seemed to just fit. We enjoyed the opportunity to sit fireside and plan our days and even had a cook out. Nobody had any complaint about the house. If it were my property i would suggest a no shoes policy. I cant think of any other place i would prefer to stay . It was safe, the neighbors were very nice and our host was the best. Thank you for everything."

"This space is as noted and just a sweet spot! We appreciated the acoustic nature of the room as we played and recorded some music . Our main attraction was Hozier at SPAC and this was a great place to land after the show! The host stocked the kitchen with essentials and provided excellent local eatery recommendations in the guidebook. The beds were comfortable and my teen was thrilled to find a pull out couch, which meant not having to share a room with his younger brother! "Our trip to Albany included parents, grandparents, young kids, and a toddler. The house is well- laid out and looks recently updated. There are toys for young kids, plenty of kitchenware, linens, and towels. The beds are comfortable and the hot water stayed hot. Very good vacation spot."

On arrival the house had all essentials we needed, the house was clean and the neighborhood is definitely quiet. The only issue we encountered were a couple of lightbulbs out and a quick text to the owner solved that problem the next day with a delivery of replacements.
