Wonderful and pleasant staff. Special shout out to Ebony at the front desk for being cordial with every guest and Gena at the rooftop bar. Every hotel staff member was kind and helpful.

Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis
There was a glass of white wine in our room from the prior guest, which had not been removed by housekeeping. We tried to valet park, but they told us to park ourselves and come back later and bring us there car if we wanted to valet. Why would anyone park themselves and then bring the car back later ...
