"I rarely write reviews, but this hotel was a very nice surprise for our stay in Houston for the U of H graduation. Perfectly located, budget-friendly, great amenities (happy hour with free drinks & free food), excellent free breakfast, super friendly staff and an immaculate pool and jacuzzi. The parking is secure, safe, and FREE as well. We will definitely be back."

"The Houstonian property and grounds are gorgeous and have amazing amenities. We visited the spa and thoroughly enjoyed our lunch, massages, facials, and pool. We had snacks poolside in between appointments as well and the our services were delightful. The restaurant on site is a wonderful addition, the food is delicious and our waitress was super attentive. We always enjoy our stay here and look forward to returning soon!"

I experienced an issue with the bathtub in my original room, and she immediately took action without hesitation to switch my room so I would not be inconvenienced. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made a stressful situation effortless. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure guests felt taken care of. It is clear this property values hospitality and customer experience.
