"All Great"

"Check in was painful low staff levels and were not attentive as hotel staff should be. The room was disgusting (room 2219) we were asked to make up our own sofa bed and they only provided sheets. Never been to a hilton that did this. Found the existing sheet had hair inside it. Due to our late flight we had to move rooms extremely late with our sleeping children in hand. Not once was there an offer to help us move. Breakfast was not nice at all self serve buffet with powdered scrambled eggs (didnt realise this was still happening). Really disappointed with this stay as I trying to contact the hotel via their site and even called to arrange a sweet treat for my wifes birthday. This also never arrived. This Hilton really let me down the only positive was the location being next door to the Galleria shopping mall. Thats where it ended. We will not be returning here again. "

"We came in late, I hoped for a nice place, was old, not the cleanest and I did do not like it when we left that staff is smoking at the entrance. Horrible smell. No breakfast or coffee for guests."

"The huge room was clean, no odors, soap containers were full, the bed and pillows felt comfortable. It was quiet at night. The thermostat can be turned up and down easily. The only reason I have not given 5 stars for cleanliness: The coffee packages by the coffee maker felt sticky to the touch. Otherwise, I recommend this place. "

"Hotel is very convenient and beautiful. Our stay was great. Room was convenient and clean. Beds are very comfortable with great white bedding. Bathroom was big and nice. Bar area is excellent and lunch the provided was very tasty. It was very very nice stay. Thanks "
