"I recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed. The service was slow and unhelpful, and the amenities did not match what was advertised. Overall, it did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend it."

"The hotel was nice however my biggest complaint would be about the housekeeping service. We requested for housekeeping expecting the dirty sheets and pillowcases to be replaced with clean ones however upon inspecting we realized that they were not replaced but flipped over. The floors also weren’t vacuumed because the same crumbs and dirt on the floor was still there after the service. The rating would have been higher however after what we experienced with the housekeeping service it raises the question if the sheets present when we checked in was ever washed or replaced. Also the elevator was quite slow. "
