"Overall its a clean relativly cheap hotel centrally located in Downtown Houston. The self checkin and checkout is easy with no issues encountered. While it is an older hotel the overall condition is good with new carpets, fresh pqaint on the walls and everything working in the room."

"Location excellent. Phone would not hold charge, lightbulbs burned out."
