"From the outside, a very traditional old building with a close, high on a hilly road with a bunch of steps. Indoors beautifully modernized, very spacious rooms, all mod cons, including washer dryer. Well worth the climb, and views of the town and surrounding hills spectacular. I only regret we stayed but one night."

"The property had a few drawbacks during our 4-day stay in Scotland. While the overall experience was generally positive, there were a few areas that could use improvement: The beds were not very comfortable. They were two separate single beds pushed together rather than a proper double/queen bed. This caused the beds to shift and separate during the night, disrupting sleep. Additionally, the beds were at slightly different heights, which was awkward. Sound insulation from the ceiling was poor....

Lots of places to eat, shop, tour the town and its attractions like Floors Caste and the Antique Fair. Being next to the Abbey, the views out of each window was a painting. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies if you want to cook your own meals. Parking is located on the road at the apartment if you can get a spot or very close by is a free parking...
