"Friendly staff, great breakfast, beautiful grounds, comfortable bed, personal preference- I didn’t like the pillows, worn carpet, creaky floors. I suppose they add to the ambiance of the historical hotel. We were too hot during the night so propped the window open to get fresh air. Didn’t have any other way to regulate the temperature of the room"
